Welcome
to the Chinese Progressive Association (CPA). We are a non-profit
community based organization located in New York City's Chinatown.
Founded in 1977, CPA grew out of the need to raise the living
and working standards of New York Chinese community. We started
out as a neighborhood organization. Today we reach residents
from all over the city. |
